Dairy- free chocolate brookies

This recipe makes around 30 brookies (depends on how big you make them).


Ingredients

42g coco powder
200g caster sugar (i used raw caster sugar)
62 ml vegetable oil
2 eggs (i used free ranged)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
125g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
30g icing sugar




Method

1. in a medium bowl mix together the coco powder,caster sugar and vegetable oil.


Then beat in the eggs gradually and then stir in the vanilla extract. Then combine the plain flour,baking powder and salt and mix until combined.


2. preheat the oven at 180c/gas mark 4/356 f. Then line the tray with baking paper.Get a plate and put the icing sugar onto to it.



Get a spoon and get the mixture and put it onto the plate and cover it in the icing sugar and put onto tray.


3.put into oven for 10-12 minutes and enjoy.
